Robotic Monday!

Robots are awesome, we can't deny it and we can totally say 2013 was the year of electronic music and robots!
Just came across this photo shoot for the French magazine M Le Monde with Daft Punk and the Dutch model Saskia de Brauw. This amazing set was shot by legendary photographer Peter Lindbergh, perfect way to finish the year. But this is not enough, to make our Monday more cyber I'm posting this Röyksopp's video - The Girl and the Robot, featuring really beautiful Robyn.

It's been a long time that I don't talk about Fashion here on Coisa. So here it is, last week I felt like the Sartorialist, I was sitting really close to the catwalk, playing with my camera.
Who gave me this great opportunity was this sweet and talented Fashion Designer, Gabriela Sakate.
Lovely Winter Collection, different materials, neutral colours, I definitely like it!

Casa dos Criadores

Yesterday I went to check this great event called Casa dos Criadores, where young fashion designers get to show their work.

My favourite could not be different, my dear friend Juss, from To Ground Control atelier!

Juss presented us a really fresh/folky/hippy mens wear winter collection, but I will talk about her and her colletion in a different post soon.

My dear friend Juss, from ToGroundControl atelier, is going to launch her winter collection at Casa dos Criadores, here in São Paulo.

When: Tuesday, november 30th, lounge opens at 7 pm
Where: Frei Caneca mall, 5th floor.

Querida Juss estará apresentando sua coleção inverno na próxima terça-feira, dia 30 de novembro, mais uma participação de sua marca na Casa de Criadores. O desfile será às 21h no shopping Frei Caneca, no 5º andar (área de eventos). O lounge estará aberto a partir das 19h, para um relax com drinks!

Last year I had the pleasure of meeting this great atelier called ToGroundControl. The people behind this atelier are two cute and awesome girls, Juss and Vanessa Bá, who I can now call friends!

Maria Celeste Chad

Maria Celeste Chad is the responsible for the Brazilian organization called Orientavida (freely translated as Lead life). The goal of this organization is to teach women from a village in São Paulo country side, to sew, to crochet and embroidery technique.
Those women produce really beautiful products such as bags, cushions, table cloths, towels and many other cute items.
